The existing Midea mini split failed. Since the mini split was located at a rental the homeowner wanted the cost of the replacement to be as low as possible. This high efficiency heat pump mini split also qualified for energy star rebates.

This replacement was a gas heat conversion. The homeowner opted for a energy star heat pump that would qualify for rebates and would maximize energy efficiency savings.

This budget option provided the homeowner the lowest heat pump cost while providing the benefit of a high efficiency electric heat pump. This Champion system also qualified for energy star rebates.

This was a new heat pump installation that required a full cut-in for ductwork. The attic size was limited so a slim duct HVAC air handler was installed to meet the space limitations. Because the home had an existing radiant gas heater, the installation qualified for energy star rebates.
