Typically, we collect this information through our Contact Page, including when you schedule an appointment. We will not disclose this personal information with other companies without your express authorization. We will only use it to address your service case, except where required by law or legal process.

Upton also will not sell or otherwise disclose personal information about our website visitors.

We also protect your records in secure drives within our store itself, and only the Upton technicians who are providing you with our excellent service will access them.
