Installation of package unit, fuses, whip, disconnect, disconnect switch, supply and return plenum modifications with one return duct run, capped gas, adjustable curb, thermostat and disposable air filter. All work comes with a two year labor warranty. All hvac system equipment comes with a ten year manufacturer warranty. Removal and disposal of existing equipment. Homeowner to provide carbon monoxide and smoke detectors (as required per code).
