Install 2 Ton 15 SEER2 two stage heat pump package unit (Trane 4WCZ50 Series). Includes all work, equipment and materials for base hvac system installation per code requirements. Installation of package unit, fuses, whip, disconnect, disconnect switch, supply and return plenum modifications with one return duct run, capped gas, adjustable curb, thermostat and disposable air filter. All work comes with a two year labor warranty. All hvac system equipment comes with a ten year manufacturer warranty. Removal and disposal of existing equipment. Homeowner to provide carbon monoxide and smoke detectors (as required per code).
