Install 65 Gallon 3.55 UEI 15 amp heat pump water heater (RUUD Professional Ultra Hybrid Series). Includes all work, equipment and materials for base water heater installation per code requirements. Installation of water heater, water flex, earthquake strap, expansion tank, mixing valve, isolation kit, drain pan, capped gas, pipe insulation and inlet and outlet venting as needed. All work comes with a two year labor warranty. All hvac system equipment comes with a ten year manufacturer warranty. Removal and disposal of existing equipment. Homeowner to provide carbon monoxide and smoke detectors (as required per code).
