Are permits and inspection fees included with new system installations?
Permits fees are required and vary based on your location and not included on this estimate. In many cases, you will also be required to update your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, these are not included by default. Each town and county are a little different, your project manager will add permits at time of in-home sizing appointment.
Is Upton Home Services fully licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes, our license is 1055670. We are also BPI certified (Building Analyst), our license is 5067699. We are fully insured and bonded and can provide coverage upon request.
What’s not included in the online quoted installation price?
Our online quote includes the base installation without title 24 testing, permits, air sealing, ductwork, zoning or smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. You may need additional upgrades to bring your home up to code such as attic platform and/or catwalk and extended electrical circuits as well in limited cases. If this is a new system cut-in – we will provide a fixed price for your required add-ons.
What financing is available?
We sure do! We work with several lenders and can find you a financing plan to meet your budget. Some of our most popular plans include no interest and no payment if paid in full within 24 months.
