Installation of equipment, fuses, whip, disconnect, disconnect switch, condenser pad, drain pan, furnace stands, supply and return plenum with modifications, junction box with light outlet, capped gas, safety locking caps, up to 50 ft of line-set and line-set cover, thermostat and disposable air filter. All work comes with a two year labor warranty. All hvac system equipment comes with a twelve year manufacturer warranty and five years extended parts and labor warranty. Removal and disposal of existing equipment. Homeowner to provide carbon monoxide and smoke detectors (as required per code).
